Brush Knee Twist Step
Brush Knee Twist Step is a defence against kick to the middle section of the body. The Brush Knee refers to the intention to intercept the knee of the opponent annd "Brush" it away. At the same time the other hand performs a palm strike to the chest area to knock the opponent over. The actual application is dependent upon the speed, force and target of the attack.
