Wudang Short Form II
The Wudang Second Short Form contains the moves and applications that are in the full Long Form that do not appear in the first Short Form.
The applications in this section focus mainly on the grappling and throwing aspects of the art. Many are hidden with in the intermediate movements that occur between the final postures that are seen in the form. Often it is difficult to envisage the application from the form posture because the opponent is missing. Hence the alternative name of Taijiquan as the Art of Shadow Boxing.
