The Short Hand Form - Round

This is a shortened version of the handform which takes approximately 5 minutes to complete from start to finish. It is first taught in the 'Square Form' version in which all the movements are broken down into static postures and then, once the sequence and postures have been learnt , taught in the more familiar 'Round Form' version.
All the techniques in the short form are contained in the long form, hence mastering the short form enables the long form to be learnt far more quickly.
This form can be used for competitions due to its brevity.
