Terms and Conditions of Training

1. The student shall indemnify the instructors against any or all consequential acts that occur during the periods of training and on any premises associated with the training even if no training/instruction is being carried out.
2. The student shall at all times conduct themselves in a manner that will not endanger or injure themselves or any other person.
3. The student will not attempt to instruct those junior to themselves without the prior consent of the instructor and only ithen under direct supervision.
4. The student shall pay promptly and in advance any sums agreed on for the purpose of instruction.
5. Payment constitutes a binding contract whereby the student affirms that they will attend all required training practises unless they have prior commitments which should be told to the instructor in good time. The payment is for the availablity of the training time whether it is used or not.
6. There will be no refunds under any circumstances at all.
7. Anybody who trains with the Shadowhand School agree to abide by these term whether they have seen them or not.
